Donna Aust- Assistant Manager

Donna Aust joined the Surefied family in 2026! Donna joins us as our Assistant Manager, bringing a wealth of business experience and a heart for service to our team.

Originally from Fort Worth, TX, Donna is no stranger to the world of business ownership. She and her late husband, Ken, owned and operated a successful walk-in bath company for many years. After selling the business, Donna initially embraced retirement—spending plenty of time on the golf course—but soon realized she missed the spark of a professional challenge and the joy of helping people navigate important decisions.

On the personal side, Donna is a proud mom to her daughter, Lindsey, and her son, Michael. She absolutely cherishes her role as a grandmother to Lindsey’s two boys. She still plays golf and has 2 beautiful Doodle dogs that are her constant companions. While she misses her husband, Ken, every day, she carries his spirit of hard work and kindness into everything she does. Donna’s dedication to “doing right” by people makes her a perfect fit for the inspection industry.
