New Construction Inspection
Many times during our New Construction Inspections, we often find as many issues as we do with older homes. Some issues are minor but some issues can create problems for the new homeowner later down the road.
The New Construction Inspection is generally done when the home is 100% built, before the walkthrough with your builder, and right before closing. This inspection determines what issues there are, if any, and can be added to the builder’s final punch list of repairs before closing. At this inspection, we are looking for code issues and covers the following; Safety, Function, Structure, roof, exterior, interior, attics, foundation, decks and porches, plumbing and fixtures, heating and cooling system, electrical and other items.
New construction does not mean flawless! Many factors depend on the subcontractors and whether the builder is on-site overseeing the work. Our inspectors are ICC Certified for New Construction. This certification is mandatory in Georgia for New Construction Inspections with qualified builders. Schedule your Home Inspection Buford today!

I used Sure Thing and was blown away by the quality and detail of their report. This document has helped me significantly in negotiating the purchase of my home. Matt was on time, patient and insightful when examining our home. He took the time to go over all the issues and answer all our questions. I hands down recommend Sure Thing for anyone that needs a accurate and detailed home inspection. The service was professional at a very reasonable cost. Thanx guys.
